A good idea does not mean a user-friendly system! Based on fundamental research by German scientists, the R&D team from IQW has developed a system with a very high level of customer satisfaction. Our system designers close collaboration with users as well as the work done by our experienced hardware and software engineers, has made FireWatch what it is today - a safe and efficient system.

Production
Important components such as cameras, radio transmission technology, control and monitoring systems are manufactured in-house. A quality management system in accordance to ISO 9001:2008 ensures every stage of production. This is the way how we guarantee systems which are able to perform their relevant tasks immediately upon installation.

Service & Maintenance
Each system installed is maintained and serviced by IQ wireless or a partner company. A technical self-monitoring of the systems, a 24-hours service and a modern service center support the user in guaranteeing a high system availability.

Education
Future FireWatch users - former lumberjacks - are prepared and trained for their responsible position by specially qualified staff at IQ wireless' own training center. IQ wireless also offers regular courses to refresh knowledge and exchange experiences.
